Arrive at a central hotel, apartment or Nile-side address. Share the property name and a map pin, especially for narrow streets, island addresses or places with more than one entrance.
Giza & the Pyramids area
Request a direct ride to your Giza hotel or accommodation near the pyramids. The exact address matters: a Giza hotel booking and a visit inside the archaeological site are different services.
New Cairo
Plan a transfer to your hotel, residence or meeting in New Cairo. Include the compound, gate and building details where relevant so the drop-off can be checked before you travel.
Heliopolis & Nasr City
Choose the hotel or complete street address for your arrival or return. Do not use an area name alone when your property has several branches or the entrance is inside a larger complex.
6th of October & Sheikh Zayed
Request your specific west-Cairo destination, including the compound gate if needed. A fare for a central Cairo hotel should not be assumed to cover these separate areas.
Alexandria, Ain Sokhna & beyond
Continue to another city or coastal stay by request. Share the destination hotel, passenger details and luggage so the longer journey can be quoted and confirmed as its own transfer.
Hurghada and other longer onward journeys can also be requested. Availability, route arrangements and the quoted vehicle need confirmation for your date.

You should know what happens next before your flight lands. These are the details to arrange when booking a Cairo Airport pickup.
- Share the flight and arrival dateEnter the flight number, the date you land in Cairo and the scheduled arrival time. For a flight around midnight, check the calendar date carefully.
- Confirm the destination and vehicleProvide the property name, full address or map pin, passengers and bags. Include a pushchair, wheelchair or oversized equipment in the luggage details.
- Keep your pickup confirmationCheck the agreed meeting point, contact method, waiting arrangement and any special requests. The meeting instructions are specific to your booking and terminal.
- Complete the airport arrival processAllow time for the required entry procedures, baggage collection and customs before heading to the confirmed meeting point. An ordinary transfer does not include airport fast-track or immigration assistance.
- Meet and continue to your stayUse the contact details in your confirmation if you need help finding the meeting point. If baggage or arrival procedures take longer than expected, tell the team while you are still inside the airport.

Finish your Cairo stay with a planned pickup
For your departure transfer, send the flight number, departure date, terminal and the pickup property. The flight’s take-off time and the vehicle’s pickup time are different: agree the pickup time before confirming the journey.
Cairo traffic, your starting district and the airline’s check-in requirements all affect the plan. Follow the airline’s airport-arrival guidance and leave room for the road journey. A fixed travel time is not promised for every hotel or time of day.
Be ready at the agreed entrance with your luggage. For an apartment or compound, send the gate, building and any access instructions in advance. Tell the team about a changed flight or pickup address before the vehicle is due.
For a return transfer, provide both flight details and both dates. If the return starts at a different hotel, make that clear rather than assuming the arrival address will be reused.

Choose a vehicle around passengers and luggage
A comfortable fit starts with the full party details. Choose from the vehicle categories offered for your route in the planner, or ask the team to arrange an option for your group.
Individuals, couples and families
Compare the available car and minivan categories for your journey. Mention children’s ages, child-seat requests, pushchairs and large suitcases. Seat count and luggage space are separate considerations; do not select only by the number of travellers.
Groups and several arriving flights
Request a minibus, Coaster or coordinated group arrangement where available. Share the group size, bag count, flight list and hotel list. A party arriving on different flights may need separate meeting times or vehicles, which should be agreed in the quotation.
For mobility needs, describe the assistance required and whether equipment folds. Vehicle access and equipment must be confirmed individually; a standard vehicle listing does not establish wheelchair-accessible transport.

Clear route details make a useful quotation
The planner price, when available, relates to the route, direction, vehicle and options selected. A central Cairo drop-off, a Giza hotel, a west-Cairo compound and an onward city journey should not be treated as the same route.
Before accepting, review the currency, whether the journey is one way or return, the waiting arrangement and the stated inclusions. Additional stops, extra waiting, special equipment or multiple addresses should be listed and confirmed rather than assumed.
Airport entry procedures, visas, attraction admission, guiding and sightseeing experiences are separate unless expressly included in your confirmation. Payment, changes and cancellation conditions are those shown with your booking or quotation.

Add a stop when it fits your trip
For a longer visit, you can request a journey that combines transport with selected stops. Tell us if you would like a Giza visit, a museum stop or a city experience, and whether you need a guide. Admission, opening arrangements, waiting and luggage handling need their own confirmation.
A short layover requires extra care. Share both flight numbers, the available time and your onward departure terminal. Do not assume every connection allows a visit outside the airport, or that booking transport provides entry permission.

How do I book a Cairo Airport transfer?
Open the airport transfer planner, choose Cairo & Giza and select Cairo International Airport with the correct direction. Enter your hotel or address, date, flight details, passengers and luggage. Review the vehicle and price shown. If your route or price is missing, request a quotation with the same details.
Where will I meet the driver at Cairo Airport?
Use the meeting point stated in your booking confirmation. It is arranged for your flight and terminal and may depend on airport access arrangements. Complete the required arrival procedures and collect your bags first. Keep the confirmed contact details available and message the team if you cannot find the meeting point.
Can you take me to a hotel near the Giza Pyramids?
Request a transfer to your exact Giza hotel or address. A pyramids-area hotel transfer is transport to that address; it does not include monument admission, a guide or a sightseeing stop. Add a separate visit request if you would like to explore the Giza Plateau.
Are Cairo International Airport and Sphinx Airport the same?
No. Cairo International Airport uses the code CAI and Sphinx International Airport uses SPX. They are different pickup locations. Check the airport code on your flight booking before entering your transfer. If your flight uses Sphinx Airport, request that airport explicitly rather than selecting CAI.
What happens if my flight is delayed or changes?
Send your flight number when booking and tell the team about changes as soon as you know. The confirmed waiting arrangement applies to your booking; do not assume unlimited waiting. A major delay, different flight, terminal change or new arrival date may require the transfer to be reconfirmed.
Can families request child seats and extra luggage space?
Yes, include the children’s ages, requested seat types, suitcases, pushchairs and any bulky items in your request. The team checks a suitable vehicle and confirms the arrangement. A request alone does not reserve a child seat or guarantee space until it is included in the confirmation.
Can a group travel together from Cairo Airport?
Tell us the full party size, luggage count and whether everyone arrives on the same flight. Minivan, minibus or larger group transport can be requested subject to the confirmed arrangement. Separate flights, several hotels and multiple vehicles need a coordinated quotation rather than a standard single transfer.
Can I book Cairo Airport to Alexandria or Ain Sokhna?
Yes, request an onward transfer with the precise destination and arrival details. Alexandria, Ain Sokhna and other longer journeys need their own route and vehicle confirmation. If a price is not returned in the planner, ask for a quotation instead of using a fare for a Cairo city hotel.
Can I include a stop or sightseeing on the arrival day?
Request the stop before booking so timing, luggage space, parking, waiting and any guide or admission can be considered. A direct airport transfer does not include sightseeing by default. For a layover, share both flight numbers and discuss the available schedule before adding a visit.
What is included in the airport transfer price?
Use the inclusions listed with the price or written quotation for your selected route and vehicle. Confirm any waiting allowance, parking, extra stops, special equipment and payment conditions before accepting. Entry visas, attraction tickets, guiding and other experiences are separate unless the confirmation specifically includes them.
