Your road transfer begins on the Egyptian side. The crossing itself is a separate process: you complete the relevant departure, immigration and customs formalities before meeting your arranged vehicle.
Share your crossing and journey details
Choose Taba Border Crossing on the Egyptian side, your destination, travel date and estimated arrival. Include a reachable mobile number, the number of travellers and luggage details. Mention a return journey, different hotel entrance or special assistance need before we confirm the arrangement.
Receive the agreed meeting instructions
We confirm the exact Egyptian-side pickup point, contact method and waiting terms for your booking. Save those instructions before leaving Wi-Fi. Your chosen time helps coordinate the transfer; it does not predict how long the border procedures will take.
Complete the crossing, then contact the team
Keep your travel documents accessible and follow the authorities’ instructions. Once you have completed Egyptian entry formalities and reached the agreed pickup area, use the booking contact if you need help locating your driver. Let the team know promptly if your crossing time changes.
Continue to your named hotel or address
Travel on the agreed route with the confirmed vehicle. If you would like a refreshment break, a second hotel stop or a sightseeing visit, request it in advance so the timing and any additional cost are clear. Border-to-hotel transport does not automatically include a guided tour.

Hotel to Taba Border
Arrange a pickup from Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba or your Taba-area hotel to the Egyptian side of the crossing. Share the day you intend to cross and any onward connection. Confirm the departure time with the team and allow time beyond the road journey for border processing.
For a return booking, provide both dates and each hotel name. The second journey has its own pickup instructions; it is not assumed to take place immediately after the outward transfer.

A vehicle transfer is priced differently from a per-person sightseeing experience. Check the unit, currency, vehicle and direction shown in your chosen option. Your exact vehicle, currency, travel direction and any extras should be clear before you confirm.

Keep official charges separate
Border taxes, exit charges, visas and immigration-related fees are separate from the road transfer unless your written quotation explicitly lists an item. Do not assume a vehicle price covers every passenger’s crossing costs.
Any guide, attraction admission, meal, boat, extended wait or unplanned detour also needs an agreed inclusion. Ask for a breakdown before confirmation if you are unsure.

Choose room for people and luggage
Request a sedan for a smaller party, a minivan for more space, or a larger vehicle for a group. Passenger seats and luggage room are separate considerations: diving bags, large suitcases, pushchairs and mobility equipment can affect the right choice. We confirm the suitable vehicle for your declared needs.
Travelling with children
Share children’s ages and any child-seat request before confirming. Tell us about pushchairs and the amount of luggage. A child seat or particular arrangement is included only once the team confirms it in writing.
Additional assistance or several vehicles
Tell us about mobility needs, equipment dimensions, several hotel drop-offs or separate arrival times. We will review a suitable arrangement; do not assume step-free access or a specialist vehicle from a general category photograph.

Check the crossing and your entry documents
Taba Border is also described as the Menachem Begin crossing on the Israeli side. This service covers transport on the Egyptian side. It does not replace border clearance or provide transport between the two sides of the terminals.
Check the requirements for your own passport and complete itinerary with the relevant authorities. Sinai-only entry permission is not sufficient for onward travel to Cairo. A mainland journey, including Cairo Airport, needs the appropriate Egyptian entry documents and advance planning.
Operating arrangements, official fees and border access can change. Consult current terminal notices close to departure and keep enough flexibility for immigration, customs, traffic and checkpoints. A booked vehicle does not guarantee entry, a crossing time or an onward flight connection.

Taba Border transfer FAQs
Where does my Taba Border transfer start?
Your pickup is on the Egyptian side, after you have completed the crossing and Egyptian entry procedures. We confirm the exact meeting point and contact instructions for your booking. A booking for this service does not include a pickup in Eilat or transport through the border terminals.
Can you take me back to Taba Border?
Yes. Request a departure from your hotel or other agreed address to the Egyptian side of Taba Border. Tell us your intended crossing date and time so we can confirm the road transfer arrangement. Allow separate time for exit and entry formalities.
Is Taba Border the same as Taba Heights or Nuweiba Port?
No. Taba Border Crossing, Taba town hotels, Taba Heights and Nuweiba Port are different pickup or drop-off locations. Use the exact hotel, port or crossing in your request. A ferry arrival at Nuweiba should be requested as a Nuweiba Port pickup.
Which destinations can I request?
Request Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba, Taba hotels and Taba Heights. Saint Catherine, Cairo, Cairo Airport and other longer journeys require advance review of your itinerary and the applicable travel requirements. A route is confirmed only when we accept the booking details.
How can I check the transfer price?
Open the planner, choose Ports / Taba Border on the Egyptian side, then select the destination, direction, passengers and vehicle. Review any available price and its inclusions. If your exact route or vehicle has no price, send a quotation request. This page does not publish an unverified starting fare.
Are border taxes and visa fees included?
No border tax, exit fee, entry visa or immigration-related payment is included unless your written quotation specifically lists it. These are separate from the vehicle transfer. Requirements and official charges depend on your circumstances and can change; check the relevant authorities before travel.
What happens if crossing the border takes longer than expected?
Contact our team as soon as you know about a delay. We will check the arranged pickup and advise you. The included waiting period, any extra waiting charge and the response to a closure must be agreed for your booking; unlimited waiting is not assumed.
Can I book a minivan or a vehicle for a large group?
Yes, you can request a suitable category for your party. Share the number of adults and children, suitcases, pushchairs and any mobility equipment. Vehicle and luggage suitability, any child seat and larger group arrangements must be confirmed before booking.
Can I travel from Taba to Cairo with Sinai-only entry permission?
Sinai-only entry permission is not sufficient for onward travel to Cairo. Check the correct Egyptian visa and any supporting documents for your passport, itinerary and border entry point before confirming a mainland transfer. Admission and immigration decisions are made by the authorities.
Can I add sightseeing, a stop or a return journey?
Yes. Request the stops, their purpose and your preferred return date in advance. We can review a direct transfer, an agreed stop or several journeys in one plan. Sightseeing admission, guiding, meals, boats and extended waiting are optional and are included only if listed in the accepted quotation.
