Yes. You can request private transport for a tailored itinerary covering one city or several Egyptian destinations. Share your preferred stops, number of days, accommodation locations and any attractions you would like to visit so we can review what is practical.

Yes. Request a one-way transfer, a return journey or a trip with several stops. For a multi-stop journey, include the order of destinations and the time you would like to spend at each place.

Book as soon as your travel plans are reasonably firm, especially for larger groups, long-distance routes and trips during busy travel periods. Short-notice requests can be reviewed, but availability must be confirmed.

Yes. Send us your dates, overnight destinations and daily route. We can discuss a private vehicle and driver for consecutive travel days, subject to route and availability.

Yes. Hotel, accommodation and other agreed pick-up points can be included in a private transfer request. Provide the full property name and address when you book.

The price depends on the route, vehicle, travel date, number of passengers, waiting time and requested stops. Use Instant Booking for an available route or request a personalised quote for a longer or more complex journey.

Check the price description shown for your chosen service. Private transfer quotes are generally based on the vehicle and agreed journey, while attraction tickets and optional services may be priced separately. Your booking details should confirm the exact basis before payment.

Your confirmed booking should state the agreed journey and price. A change to the route, passenger count, vehicle, waiting time or requested services may require a revised quote. Please check the confirmation for the exact inclusions.

Do not assume attraction tickets are included in a transfer price. Entry fees, special-access tickets, guides, boat trips and optional activities are separate unless your specific booking or written quote expressly includes them.

Inclusions depend on the particular route and quote. Ask for parking, tolls, waiting time and additional stops to be itemised or confirmed before booking, especially for a custom sightseeing journey.

Ticket categories and child eligibility are set by each attraction and can change. Share the children’s ages when asking for tickets so the current applicable options can be checked.

Available payment methods and any required advance payment depend on the booking. Review the checkout or written quote before confirming; request clarification if you would prefer a particular payment method.

Yes. You can request a private transfer from Cairo International Airport to a Giza hotel, the Pyramids area or another agreed address. See our Cairo Airport transfers page for route information.

No. Cairo International Airport (CAI) and Sphinx International Airport (SPX) are different airports. Check the airport code on your flight booking and provide it when arranging your pick-up.

Yes. Request a transfer from Luxor International Airport (LXR) to your Nile cruise embarkation point. Supply the cruise boat name, docking details and boarding time so the destination can be checked before your journey.

Yes. Request a private transfer from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport to an agreed resort or hotel, including areas such as Naama Bay, Sharks Bay or Nabq Bay. See Sharm El Sheikh Airport transfers.

Please provide the airport and flight number, arrival date, passenger name, contact number, destination, number of travellers and luggage details. Include child-seat or accessibility requirements when you enquire.

The meeting instructions depend on the airport and your booking. Your confirmation should identify the agreed meeting point and contact procedure; follow those instructions after collecting your luggage.

Provide the correct flight number so your arrival can be checked. If your flight changes significantly or you are moved to another flight, contact us as soon as possible. Any resulting change to the booking or waiting time will be handled according to your confirmation.

Yes, you can request an airport pick-up followed by sightseeing. The workable route depends on your actual arrival time, luggage, attraction opening times and onward travel plans.

The vehicle depends on your group size, luggage and booked service. Options may include private cars, larger family vehicles, minivans and vehicles for groups. The suitable vehicle type should be confirmed for your particular trip.

Yes, group transport can be requested. Tell us how many adults and children are travelling, how much luggage you have and whether you need one vehicle or several so we can check an appropriate option.

Usually, but luggage space must be checked against the vehicle. List large suitcases, pushchairs, wheelchairs and oversized items before booking so that an appropriately sized vehicle can be discussed.

Request child seats in advance and provide each child’s age and approximate size. Availability and the seat type need to be confirmed for your vehicle and journey.

Tell us about your access needs before booking, including whether you must remain seated in the wheelchair during travel. We will check what suitable vehicle or assistance can be arranged for your route; accessibility cannot be assumed from a standard vehicle listing.
