Your pickup, step by step

Send the flight number, landing date, passengers, children and luggage. Include your full hotel name or address and a reachable contact number. For a flight arriving after midnight, use the local arrival date shown on your itinerary.
Finish the arrival formalities
Collect your bags and complete the airport’s arrival procedures. Follow the meeting instructions supplied with your transfer. The driver meeting location is agreed for your booking; restricted airport areas are not part of a standard road pickup.
Travel to your accommodation
Use the contact details in your confirmation if you cannot locate the meeting point. Confirm your destination with the driver, then continue to the agreed hotel or address. Extra stops or a changed destination need agreement.
Flight changes and waiting
Share changes to your flight, arrival date or terminal as soon as you know them. Review the included waiting allowance and the procedure for delays before accepting the booking. Extra waiting and a replacement collection are subject to the terms stated in your confirmation.

Give the exact hotel or residence and clarify where the vehicle can collect you. If a resort uses several entrances, identify the correct one. Have your luggage ready and keep your contact available. Multiple hotel pickups must be included in the plan.
Your airline and flight confirmation are the authority for the terminal and check-in requirements. Do not rely on a fixed airline-to-terminal list that may change.

Both directions can be planned. A return transfer is a second agreed journey; it does not automatically include a vehicle waiting throughout your stay.

Compare the sedan, family vehicle, minivan and group categories available in the planner. A vehicle’s passenger limit does not tell you how many large suitcases, pushchairs or equipment bags it can carry. Send the complete luggage list before the arrangement is confirmed.
- Couples and small parties: select a category that fits both passengers and bags.
- Families: include every child, child-seat request and pushchair.
- Groups: share the full party size, bags and any separate arrival flights.
- Diving or bulky equipment: give the quantity and approximate size of equipment bags.

Request these before booking. Tell us the children’s ages and seat needs, or describe mobility equipment, whether it folds and any assistance needed at collection. Availability and suitability must be confirmed; a standard vehicle should not be assumed to be wheelchair accessible.

A standard transfer request is for transport on the agreed route. Guiding, attraction admissions, boat trips, meals, extra waiting or sightseeing stops are included only when your confirmation specifically lists them. Read the payment, amendment and cancellation conditions supplied for your booking.

Arriving for a beach holiday, a diving trip or a longer Sinai itinerary? You can request your airport pickup, hotel changes and departure transfer together. Give each journey its own date, pickup and destination so the quotation can show what is included.
A visit to Old Sharm, Naama Bay, SOHO Square or Farsha is a separate outing when it involves time to explore. Likewise, a Dahab day trip, a Ras Mohammed visit or a St Catherine experience needs its own itinerary and inclusions. You choose the places and optional extras; the agreed plan determines the service.

Which airport should I select for Sharm El Sheikh?
Choose Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH), then enter your exact hotel or address. Taba Border Crossing and the airports serving other Egyptian cities are different pickup points. Check the airport code on your flight confirmation before arranging the journey.
Where will I meet my driver after landing?
Your transfer confirmation will explain the agreed meeting point and contact arrangements. Complete passport control, baggage collection and customs before going to that point. Do not assume that a driver can enter restricted areas or meet you at the aircraft.
What if my flight is delayed or my luggage takes longer?
Send your flight number and arrival date when arranging the transfer, and keep the team informed of changes. Check the waiting allowance, delay procedure and any extra waiting charges in your confirmation. A flight number does not by itself promise unlimited waiting.
Can I book a transfer from my hotel back to the airport?
Yes. Select the departure direction and provide your hotel, pickup date, flight number and scheduled departure. The collection time needs to account for the road journey and your airline’s airport arrival requirements. Confirm any separate pickup points before booking.
Do you serve Dahab, Nuweiba and Taba from Sharm Airport?
You can plan or request a private transfer from SSH to Dahab, Nuweiba, Taba or Taba Heights. Give the exact accommodation or camp location because an area name alone may not identify the correct drop-off. If the planner has no price for your journey, request a quotation.
Is the displayed price per passenger or per vehicle?
Read the price basis shown for your selected service and vehicle in the planner or quotation. Private transfers are arranged for the booked journey and vehicle; separate tours or activities may have a different price basis. Confirm the currency, direction and inclusions before paying.
Which vehicle should a family or group choose?

Can I request a child seat or assistance with mobility needs?
Yes. Describe the seat type needed, children’s ages and any mobility equipment before confirming. A suitable seat, adapted vehicle or assistance arrangement is included only when explicitly confirmed. Explain whether equipment folds and whether a passenger needs to remain seated in a wheelchair.
Can I add a sightseeing stop or book several transfers together?
Request a stop, a separate sightseeing journey or several transfers in one plan. The route, stop duration, luggage arrangements and any extra cost need agreement. Attraction tickets, guides and activities are separate unless your confirmation specifically includes them.
Can I book if the planner does not return a price?
Yes. Use the quotation request and provide your flight, exact pickup and drop-off, date, passengers and bags. The team will review the journey and prepare a quotation. Review the written details and payment instructions before accepting.
